Heyy Whatsuuup?
I'm here to tell ya a keli variator and a NEW OEM belt got me over 45 MPH!
Stock gears, stock engine, stock carb, and pipe.
Only other thing I added was a west german clutch center spring 1000 rpm.
Don't call me a liar Aloha!

Basicly backing up user Monkeywrench that yes I too got 45 mph by adding a variator!
The weights were what came with the "Keli" prob 6 gram? Not sure!
My Bike is listed below in my sig...The variator and center spring was the first thing I did to my scoot....since have done more...I am runnin as listed below except I replaced the stock pipe with one from VT cycles that looks near stock but it isnt...dont remember the pipe but I will ask Keoni next time I talk to him.
Just ordered new polini 119.0077/R rings for it yesterday.

i remember that post it was intense. about the speed pulley argument. i got rid of that bike for a 2002 zuma. that honda was way faster stock but with a high speed pulley. and yes i yank the pulleys off of chinnese scoots. with stock weights
