Vento Stage 1 Upgrade! (56k watchout)

Well to those that have noticed my "stage 1 upgrade in process" notice in my sig, here are the results:

After being very eager to install everything, I put put in a washer in the wrong location on the variator and this later caused my stock belt to break. I was getting mediocare performance at that point. After a few more weeks my new Kevlar belt came in, and I put the washers in the correct places. Here are my mods:

Stage 1 upgrade kit
+Tecnigas Next R exhaust
+Malossi Multivar
+15x12mm Rollers
+Stronger Clutch springs
+Malossi Torque driver
+Kevlar drive belt

My acceleration is noticably faster once clutch really catches on at like 7-10mph. And my midrange! Its awesome as well, just like back on my spree. I can be going 30 and yank it and itll just push me ahead up to speed! I can hit a cruise speed of 50-52mph, climb hills at 40-45mph, and I've topped out so far at 56mph with a medium hill and good wind. I am very happy at the results! :D

(Btw its still 50cc 8))

Here are pics of my upgrade:

Very cool!

Do you have to have an endorsement? and what is your MPG?

As in am I sponsored? Answer would be no. The Malossi sticker on the cover is just because I have a lot of Malossi stuff in there (variator, springs, torque driver), but no I am not sponsored. Got all my stuff from Provoscooter.com, don't think they have anything for Spree's though. :|

My mpg looks to still be good after the upgrade. Should be about 60+ mpg. Once I fill up on a full tank I'll make sure what it is exactly.

you have the wrong center spring, that one is used for bore kits and strokers, go to a weaker one, also with that chamber pipe did you change the main jet, you can also offset the weights which come in grams.

Are you talking about the torque driver? That is a Malossi torque driver which came with the multivar and is meant for the stage1. Upjet was not neccessary.

Just as an update, whith a very good wind helping me out down a medium hill, I was able to hit 60MPH! If there wasnt a van in front of me it looked like I couldve keept going faster, so I'll have to find out the true top-end at a later time.

ALso, I'm on vacation now and typing this from the local library, so I won't be on too often for a while.

i just sent out the money for my elite. i am geting a OKO high speed Pulley kit for it and this winter i am getting a 63cc bore kit. oh yeah the pocket rocket muffler is a waste of time. i put the stock one back on and it really goes because of the back pressure.
