Fork Bearings, *!

I have ordered bearings for my front fork on my spree from the honda dealer online part # 96211-05000 and they show the whole bearing assembly for $1. I keep receiving just one ball. I'm *, where can I buy the whole bearings? I can't even put the fork on, and one little pinch size ball for a dollar...AHHH *! Any suggestions

One dollar a ball - that's expensive!
Parts callout is a std ball bearing size. Take one with you to a good hardware store, bike shop or online. You should replace the entire set.

Any bicycle shop will sell you those bearings for about $0.05 each.
If you've never packed that type of bearing, ask the shop about the process. You need as many bearings as will fit in the cup, minus one. You make a bed of gease in the cup, put each bearing in, cover up with another coat of grease, and carefully slide back together.
If you paid Honda for them, I'd take them back.

Alright, that answers my question. So they (meaning top and bottom) require NO RACE. Only packed balls in sitting in the bearing cup, correct?

Re: No RACE - There is a terminology correction here. The bearing cups are the outer race, cone on the fork and at top of the headset form the inner race.
No retainer, just loose balls packed in grease.

If the cones or cups are pitted consider changing them out too.
