i dont have the keys to my elite whats the remedy?

If you can find the numbers on the lock, or take the lock with you, a locksmith can make one for you.

does one key open all the locks and ignition on a 2001 elite?

no all diffrent take the whole assembly to honda 7 bucks for a key

Yes, if the previous owner never changed any of the other locks, your ignition key should work for your seat/glove box lock.
