Guess I'll make a build thread on my ped. Most, if not all parts bought from Brandon.

Motor specs:
70cc malossi mhr stock port just polished exhaust opening
Mhr full counter crank
Boost port matched
Intake cleaned and slightly opened with lots more room to open
Yasuni c16 pipe
CT black manifold w/stage6 reeds
Polini 24pwk carb w/stage6 angled filter
Polini pulley s type w/s rear drive
Polini evo bell
Polini 15% center w/malossi torsion saver
Stage6 clutch w/malossi black springs rated 6500-9000 stalls
8.44 gears
Still got a few other parts on my check list

Well get more pix and videos. Just the file is huge and takes for ever to upload. As for the pipe its a screamer so far I'm @69MPH reving low 10k maybe even lower with a dead center spring which couldnt hold the revs and Temps no higher then 310-320

Forgot which main I had at that time but I'm around 118-124 with a fat 50 pilot which got me thinking if I got a leak somewhere. Working with the polini 24pwk with c-clip one up.

Just finish riding tonight bike turned 15k!!! Idk if that's right, speedo said 66mph but my friend with his supermoto last time he checked he said it was easily passed 70mph with me still pulling away wish I had a GPS on or something accurate. May have to recalibrate vapor tech since I didn't do it with the new tire and the old tire was bald and squared off. Temps still at 329max!!! With air screw backed out 2 1/2 spark plug comes out black. All on a malossi not ported. All I can say is I had fun :coolcruise:

Malossi aluminum gears are 8.44. My old setup was this same mhr bore and crank with a scorpion 24 oko carb went 74mph@11,xxx.

Mhr port timing would never support 15k, your vapor is not reading correct. Given it does say it hit 15,100 it's pretty cool to see it say that at least.
Sweet ride though!

Didn't get to do runs but this weekends project was something I always wanted to do with a dd50 kicker cover

Was a b#!/0/ to do with only a dremel but got it done quick. Now it's time to make it fancy

That cover looks so awesome. Can't wait to see it done. I'd almost get one of those covers just to do the same cut job.

Test fit. Need to cut fins on the inside of the kicker since it shows , more cutting/work "sighs"

All done now I just got to add paint. Never doing this cut again took me half the day...
