Running a 72 molossi with 28oko I think my jetting is 50 and 145. Went on my first far ride today about 20-30 miles. Motor about halph way started being very sluggish loosing power so I stopped let it cool for a bit and took off fine another 10 miles down the road it started acting up again. It's been running very good and crisp around my small town. What am I missing here? What could be causing this?

I wonder if its soft seizing a little, did you have a temp gauge? How is the oil situation maybe its not getting enough.

Hmm, idk. I do not have a temp gauge unfortunately. And I'm running 4oz of oil per full tank

Second that ;-) I can't live without mine. If you do any mods to a scooter especially a big bore kit you absolutely need a cylinder head temp gauge.

Change the main jet to a 150, use 3 oz oil, if you have a 7 to1 gear ratio you should be fine, this is my setup exept i run the oil pump at full open, you can also get a high speed fan for extra cooling, ngk #9 plug-btw i don't use a temp guage and after 77,000 mi. on a stock bore +2 polini bore kits i don't think i need one

Try putting a 55 pilot in it. Get a CHT gauge.
