'87 Elite S SE50 Project

Just picked up this SE50 the other other day off Craigslist for $275, non-running but obviously in good condition w/ title. A quick carb cleaning, new spark plugs and a couple kicks later it turned right over. Did the paint job a couple days ago, still needs work but its a start...
I plan on doing some quick mods right off the bat...new exhaust, air filter and fixing the turn signals on the left side.
Glad to find so much info on here already to get me headed in the right direction but any suggestions/ideas are always welcome!
I'll post up some more pics once i get the exhaust/filter on there...
