Scooter: 85 Honda Aero 50

I have been trying to find parts for my fuel system. I need to replace the fuel lines and add a fuel filter. I ordered some stuff offline that was way off and didn't fit at all. Took bears advice and found the fuel filter: FILTER, FUEL 16910-GB2-900 from a previous post. I know that the Fuel lines are supposed to 3/16 inch line. Is this the Inner Diameter? I ordered some lines that did not fit, little upset at wasted time. Called to a couple spots but nobody has this size fuel line available.

Just to confirm, i need 3/16 inner diameter fuel lines. These are the 2 lines from the petcock to the carb. While im at it, should i change out the oil lines, or any other fuel lines as well? And can someone post a link to where i can order fuel lines that will fit my bike. I've found some on Ebay, but just wanted to know if theres a more reliable place out there. Went to my local bike shop and honda dealer, they could not help me.

You can pick up fuel/oil line in many sizes/colors at a mower/saw shop or hobby shop which supports gas powered models.

-- Fuel Line --
Actual OEM size is 4.5mm (fuel), 3.5mm (oil)
3/16 is larger ID than OEM fuel line. 5/32 is a little tighter than OEM fit.

I've always had good luck with 3/16 for fuel line, 1/8 for vacuum and oil line (from pump to carb/manifold), and I believe the oil line from the tank to the pump is 1/4 although I rarely change those. What I have a hard time finding are the right size clamps...

Hey MouseWheels THANK YOU! I looked all over the manual to find those figures but just couldn't find them.

I found Some Tygon see thru green fuel lines on ebay in both 3/16 and 1/8 Inner Diameter fuel lines, and the already ordered the fuel filter that Bear recommended earlier. I'll post up again once its here and installed. Let me kno if you guys can think up anything else!
