Greetings:
Dang! A quiet day on the Forum, but Hark!! A message in my favorite Performance Technical question!!

Methought an opportunity to learn something new, consider a challenging Tech issue, or perhaps even share some of my own humble experience.
Alas, it was but a rant:

And not a particularly well-reasoned or punctuated one at that.
ae86guy, what's up with you, Dawg? Is it PMS? I know there's no Hissy-Fit section, but really, Performance Technical?
Respectful Sidebar: I really liked the simple elegance of moving the variator assembly to the outer end of the crank. Not sure the skinny NQ crank can handle the balance oscillations from that lengthy lever for long, but still, nice idea. You still have the issue of a full-range excursion rear pulley to address, however. The Spree Driven Face doesn't open up wide enough to uh, Variate.
End Sidebar
FYI Americans are pretty good innovators. They've given us the Lunar Landing, Velcro, and SpongeBob SquarePants. Apologize to your nice hosts now. And quit slaggin' for no good reason, Mate!

also if you notice blakflag says it does about 35 40 and everytime ae86guy clams anything he is doing 52mph with his var. so i think im missing the link between the two ppl... if they are the same person with two accounts then that person is lieing....

You're probably right, FastPlastic. I didn't bother to read in detail. Respectful Sidebar respectfully withdrawn.

Greetings:
I didn't take it that way at all, FP. No worries from me, Dawg. Thanks for being concerned, anyway.

You will notice that there are still no pictures of ae86whinylittle girl's variator and his speed claim is extreme.
