exhaust derestricting ?'s

O.K. so i took my exhaust apart and read somewhere on here that there is some sort of "restriction" that can be takin out? i have no idea what im looking at, all i see is like two "ring" gaskets and thats it? just tryin to buff up the flow, i ordered a #85 jet and a 1" uni pod air filter. wich i was told by you guys was the thing to do, anyways.. can someone please explain the derestricting on my 2001 honda elte sr 50? pics would be helpfull!! thanks guys!!

Greetings:
There should be no restrictions on your '01 if'n it's a Elite S
R. The SA50P Elite "S" had a couple of Honda built-in restrictions that an SR owner need not worry about.
Aftermarket variator, pod filter with an 85 or 88 jet, and perhaps 9:1 gears really wake up its stock performance. If you get Pibbs' Keli, PM me for a ramp plate that'll work well with it. The stock one is only ~eh!~

the elite-sr has no restrictions= 40mph
