i have a spree and a dio. i want to add a street glow kit. where should i wire them too? 8O

i wired mine into the headlight. i would fuse it tho.oh yea, i was supposed to get pics huh?oops

im worried about night visability, esp after i paint the spree black, do you guys find these kits to help a considerable amount with cars seeing you?

i did it for looks but it can only help.

would i be able to hook them in a way that i can add a swicth to them
.so i can turn them on at night and off in the day.?

u can run them through the headlights with a switch. or off the batt even.

couldn't u just hook it up to the high beam swich. when ridein just swich it to high when u want them on

i thought of that and thats how i had min hooked up. the weird thing is when u switch to his the lows go off. so it one or the other. kinda weird how it dont work like a car.

One of you guys should really post some pics of this, because I'd like to try it when my moped stops being a b*tch to me. I've never seen a moped with street glow. lol

ive been putting neons on my vehicles since i got my license
simple as this:
1. Mount the light where you will
2. Drill a Hole for a Switch
3. Hook the negative Wire from the neon to the Negative side of the battery
4. Hook the positive wire from the neon to one part of the switch
5. Hook a wire from the other part of the switch to the positive side of the battery
6. pimp it.

yes! i got it running! all that and it turned out to be my coil. i will get a pic tomorro since its too late now.

post those pics!!! ive been waiting so long to see a moped with neons... when i get my ignition key ill be able to put some on mine

well the prob is that if it put streight to the battery someone can walk by and turn it on. mine has a kick start so i dont worry about that but still. thats why im gonna make the swich small and hidden so no one does.

u can wire it into the tails so u use your key.
