Update.......
Tuesday I got the right crankcase back from the machine shop and they did a wonderful job! I then woke up early on Wednesday and went straight to the garge to work on the bike. I also picked up some Honda GN2 to run in the motor. I lubed up all the parts.bearing, piston, crank and the case. I slid the case on and with a little tapping and adjustment and it went on perfectly! Put in all the bolts and cleaned it up , put some of the re-conditioned parts I required off of the motor I purchased(Starter motor, flywheel, stator) Cleaned and lubed them up to new looking condition. Mounted the motor added fuel and the GN2 and after about a few kicks and some help with the electric start I got it purring again
Now it rides so smoothly and starts on the first kick or push start.
I took it for a long ride to get some of the fluids flowing and everything seems to be going great.
The only thing that is bothering is , I adjusted the throttle screw really low at first so It would run , just not hard , pretty much the lowest you could go without the bike shutting off and it did a few times and then it took awhile to start after upping the idle screw. Now I have a little spin in the tire when idleing but if that is all I need to keep it started and running I will be fine , unless anybody has any suggestions?
Also My airsrcew is set at 1 7/8 turn , so almost 2 full turns and it seems to be ok , its what the Haynes scooter book said for my scooter , I would also appreciate advice on maybe a different setting if there is a better setting.
I got good handling(no shaking like before because the unmounted muffler to the case) , no noises and after adding the GN2 it actually runs smoother

And when I had it on full throttle I felt like I was going the 38mph as the bike is designed to do , maybe even faster.
All in all , I am happy I did this rebuild myself and am glad I bought the parst motor , Great learning experience and the payoff feels real good when the scoot fires up and purrs ! Also I fixed my stripped kickstart and lubed it up and its like butter kicking it , barely and resistance
Thanks everyone for all the advice

I will share some photos tommorrow
Feel free to help me out on the idle and airscrew
