My bad. Up until my post you never say that you drilled a 95.WilliamK wrote:#68 stock SA50P and #78 stock SA50Red Eft Performance wrote:Main jet too small. 88 main comes in stock 50cc bikes need a 90-95 like taz said earlier.
I'm running a stock #68 drilled out to @ #95
the stock head is way to small. your compression ratio will be above 12to1 for sure. add head gaskets to bring that ratio down so you can run that kit on pump gas. what did you open on the air box? doing that will lean out the whole jetting system. so you got 2 things going on thats causing the high heatWilliamK wrote:stock head and airbox...airbox has been opened up.
Oened the second tab on the Air Box cover. Planning to add a second head gasket this weekend or as soon as it warms up a little outside. Also going to find or burrow a good compression tester cause my new one don't work for s***!bakaracer wrote:the stock head is way to small. your compression ratio will be above 12to1 for sure. add head gaskets to bring that ratio down so you can run that kit on pump gas. what did you open on the air box? doing that will lean out the whole jetting system. so you got 2 things going on thats causing the high heatWilliamK wrote:stock head and airbox...airbox has been opened up.
