Well, I got the boost port cut today, and prepped everything to put the crank in. The port has been adjusted a little bit, and the engine should be running by next week.

I also bought a lifted 91 subaru legacy, my 5th Subaru.

Well, the crank is in the engine, the hondabond is cured. Brand new Honda OEM NSK bearings now are nestled on either side of a 44.4mm Teflon stuffed Ruima crank. There is a bit of porting I still want to do, but the mighty mini-stroked Malossi is nearing completion. In light of the crankshaft being added to the build, I think I need to get a bigger carburetor, as my 21mm is a bit on the smallish side for my setup.

I'm thinking 28? 26? Suggestions?

A minimum of 70. This is being built to go riding with full size motorcycles as well as other scooters. If I can push the 6.3 secondary gears... ??? I don't want to quote a number. Faster than safe. I want to be able run 55-60mph down the highway at partial throttle.

 The brakes, for now, will be stock. I want a disk setup, but first things first. The spree brakes worked surprisingly well around 50mph though...

60mph @9000 rpm with those gears !

If you can get your corsa to rev to 10000rpm 70mph could be closer than you think.

Hahah okay good! The thought of 70 is still way sketchy to me.

I'll leave porting decisions for a day a long way down the road. I'm perfectly fine with whatever guido did to make the corsa the way it is for now

Currently the bike is in a box, torn down to the smallest of components.
:geekdance: I have an 87 Elite 50 speedo for it. :ndance:

The 87 elite speedo will fit a spree?
How fast do the 9:1 gears get you?

SAWHEET. My sprees an 86 and I still have the speedo from the 87 elite donor. Ill spin the odometer to match and swap them. I ordered 9:1 gears and they havent arrived 50 MPH is around my goal.

Sorry to burst the euphoric bubble but those gears will not fit in a Spree engine
