Hey Darin. I'm looking at getting a stripped down Jog to build and race up at Midland raceway with trafficjamz. It's just the frame and motor...no plastics.

Anyways, do you have any leads for me to get parts? Polini Corsa, Gears, Pipe.

Thanks, Kyle.

Hello tru72
Really liked your build .
Especially the motor mount ,I was thinking about trying to make a copy of it out of 1/4 " plate .
Also you shock exchange looks good .
Do you think you could take some more pics of the shock mount and motor mounts so I can see the whole set up .
That would be great ... Thanks
Again nice build .

Just took another look at your pics .
Man you did a lot of work to this ..
I think I have the mount and shocks figured out but you didn't show any pics of your handle bars .
I hope you add more pics of this bike .and more without the covers .
Your build is great .

Goofy question why do you have what looks like white tie wraps
on the frame to the new mounts ?
Was that just for positioning the shock or ???

Evil.. the only way to beat up on those big strokers is you have to spend the bucks! A High end 70cc water cooled kit can beat a big 125 stroker, but its a big order for sure! Pm me and we can talk more on your budget and stuff. Im a dealer for scootercraft as well as maxiscoot, so i can get pretty much anything for a smoking jog set up. Your biggest problem with that jog motor is that some stuff like the over drive set up will not fit int he case, also gears for that are hard to come by. I think you can get a few different combos. Even if that motor looks like a mineral its not. So ill help you with that stuff if needed.

66Six... lol well the handle bar is a MTB adjustable stem 1/8 threadless. I basically cut of the original handlebars and used that as a adapter for the MTB stem.
LOL that zip tie was molding up the motor in place when i welded up some small stuff to get the right engine angle that i wanted. Its easy to do the shock jus because its solid. Was working on putting 1 more on the exhaust side as well, I dont like having all the weight on that one side with my heavy * on it. Like a dio it will start to tilt with time. Just pm me with any questions if anything

if you got question, and you got msn or yahoo messenger let me know, easier than play PM tag here!

Aloha tru72
Thanks for getting back to me so fast .
I was also thinking 2 shock mounts would be a good idea .
Again I really liked your build and might try to copy some of your stuff .
I have 2 Elite 80 engines and frames dont laugh but after seeing your engine mount I was thinking I have a old spree frame
that might just be getting an elite 80engine I know a spree is pretty much a tin foil frame but I think it might be beefed up enough
to not rip the engine off the frame on the first ride .
$hit the more I think about it this could be a real suicide bike .
The elite 80s really have some decent speed but they weigh a ton so I will check it out and see if it's worth the effort .
But thanks again your post was really informative More pics / more pics ....

I have to tell you I am getting inspired after seeing your build .
But I am having some problems .
1: I have a Elite 80 frame that has a title .
2: I have a spree frame w/o a title and is really old .
3: I was thinking spree side panels w Elite frame
4: I want to use the stock elite 80 engine and really don't want to spend a lot of cash on upgrades although a good pipe would be nice .

Well I guess I have some time to figure it out .....tru add more photos of your build ....

Thanks
