Almost done with the swapping. Few laps around the pool to verify function. Repainting the fairing

Spent $90 on the donor scooter

$100 for the new windscreen and plastic rivets

About $60 in misc missing or cracked plastic farings (air damnn?)

Yeah, I think I made out pretty good on this one.
