Finally finished installing the cast iron kit and it started up (only for a minute so far). This is a victory for me since, I've never taken an engine or carb apart before. Thanks to RedEFTPerfornace for the parts and installation tips.

28F outside temperature today. I guess I'll warm it up a few times tomorrow to seat the rings a bit, hopefully the cold air doesn't screw it up.

17.6F outside today. Kinda sucks for trying to heat cycle the scooter. Guess I'll just have to wait a couple weeks.

remove the plastic shrouds and do the cycles with them off .It helps speed things up
