They did that to us here in Nova Scotia, Canada years ago but they diddnt really enforce it untill the past few years. Its a royal pain. Not only do we have to register but in the past few years they make you have insurance too. If there are no registration papers getting them takes so many hoops. You have to take the machine ton the police to have the Vin verified. Then have your signature witnessed by a lawyer on the paperwork. I have to help a friend do it with a snowmobile.
That being said wherever did you order the colored knobbies from they make the scoot complete. My blue spee would look neat with matching blue knobbies

Yes Canada can get really crazy with over regulating things / like getting a signature witnessed by a lawyer $$$ what a waste of money .
Vegas is also getting more and more over regulated ,before it was like a cowboy town do what ever you want no problem now it sucks .
Anyway I got the tires from Desser Tire they are closing the tires out and the price is right $17.00 ea and $10.00 shipping to Vegas to Canada it will probably be more and some crap with Canadian customs . They still have a good selection red /blue / green / also some different camo styles .

saw a pair of these, grenade valve caps, at a car show i went to yesterday. they would be perfect for your militia scoot. Still kicking myself for not buying a pair for Tootie!
