What about the plug. sometime when you install a new kit it will foul the plug. Did you change the plug?

3 things:
Make sure you installed the carb/throttle cable correctly. It happens to everyone their first time, they put the white piece in wrong and it will bog horribly. Happened to me

That jet that came with your bbk may be for a stock carb? It would just be best to open up your 28 and see what jets are in there. Tuning jets like Trafficjamz suggested would be next.
You said the plug is good, what type is it? Stock is a 6, make sure you have a BR8HS/BR8HSA

Did you dump gas down the spark plug hole? It will burn up whatever is in the case.

no dont get them, there not worth a crap, unless you get 2. mixing 8 and 7 to get 7.5gram i got no difference between my 8.5 gram stock, in when it changed gears. since it went with the heaviest weight. mixing weights dont do nothing. my 8.5 gram, switches gears at the same time as 8.5 and 7 gram mixed. just puts less weight on the motor. it goes with whatever weight is pushing the most. and the rpm of the contra spring doesn't matter much either, maybe a couple mph. not worhta crap, tuning weights aren't unless you buy 2.
This from a guy who can't make his engine run well enough to know if the rollers work of not.

Did you ever change the main and pilot jet? Untill you do, there is not much point in anymore advise.

Don't listen to a thing bikeboy says. He can't get his engine to run still and he doesn't listen to forum member's advise. He knows it all but yet he ask for help because his motor won't run but still knows everything.
