Put Seafoam in your tank. The stuff works for sure. But you may have to clean the carb again. However this time add an inline fuel filter between the petcock and the carb. Get one at a lawn mower shop. Draining the tank can't hurt either and starting over with all fresh gas.

:peace: had gas tank drained and cleaned. there was rust and water cleaned out carb adjusted it. ready to roll. been crusiing today. are there any scooters that dont have carbs??

Yeah, but you can't afford and EFI scooter.
