Help! Where is the downloadable repair manual?

We got an '85 spree and replaced the battery and rear tire and we get nothing. Doesn't even turn over but the blinkers and tailight work but nothing else. Can anyone help us???

Blown fuse? Look for a plastic cylinder leading off the positive side of the battery.

Thank you, we did replace the fuse and also the starter relay box was bad--needed a new one, thanks for the replies, they did help!!
