spree won't start

my spree will try to run on ether. It has a new plug and is wet so it is getting fuel. What else can I look for or test. :lol:

Maybe the by starter is junk, try starting it with your fingers covering the air inlet.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
