Someone put way too much oil when I let them borrow it.

look at a spark plug.. and need to rejet carb.
more oil is better than 50:1 premix..

How do you put too much oil in an oil tank ?
Are you premixing only ?
If you think the ratio is rich with oil, drain and refill with proper ratio.
