NQ50 drive fa(aka inner pulley confirmation)
Can someone confirm whether 1986 inner pulley that drives the belt has the fins behind it or is it solid? I bought the solid piece shown here as item 1 http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemparts ... drive-face
part 22102-GK8-780. However i see others are using the one with fins on the back towards the crankcase. Can someone confirm the correct inner pulley for 1986 Spree NQ50. Thanks.

Parts fiche indicates 4 different choices for "1986 NQ50"...
Irregardless, ALL 4 use the same part number OEM that matches the number in your post...
It would seem your have the correct part.
Where are you seeing the mention of "finned pulleys",? ...So Ask There for best reply.
I can confirm only that...I don't own a Spree...

The service manual shows a picture of the finned pulley not a solid one. The issue I have is that the inside diameter became bigger and started wobbling and started to shave the case. It could be that a thrust washer broke and pulley started moving on the crank shaft.

Either one will work. If the thrust washer was missing then it probably started to wear and could damage the crank, make the belt slip, and/or rub on the case. If the crank is damaged enough that with a new thrust washer it doesn't sit flat/flush or firmly then you'll probably have to replace the crank or it could slip or wobble. The ones with the fins are much lighter and softer and would have just worn out that much faster w/o the thrust washer. Washer is important.

Do you know what the crankshaft outside diameter is ? I would like to measure it to make sure it's still in tolerance all around.

the finned pully is from the earlyer sprees the solid one is from the late .Lots of test were done earlyer on the two and very little difference was found. You can use either one

You don't need to measure it, just inspect it. If the shoulder that the thrust washer rides on is no longer flat then it's probably not gonna work. If yours had the non-fin pulley and it wore into it bad enough it started wobbling then your crank has to have similar damage.
This is what it should look like.
If it's rounded off like this one then the thrust washer can't sit flush and pulley will wobble
Bad pulley - Good pulley
