Love the paint job great colour scheme :-) but there is a possibility that you may have trouble using a 30mm carb on a 90cc it might be a little big. Might be fine with the big pipe though.

Greetings:

What cylinder and crank? 30mm will be tricky to tune for rideability, but 26 or 28 will be faster than 24 on top. Treatland and at least one Forum member can sell you a 28 for around $75. You can sell yours for around$50 a pop used.

Stock crank and 50mm bore kit is going to b on e85 thats why im runing a 30mm e85 requires alot of air and fuel

E85 prob won't require the extra air, its the extra fuel that will be needed. You have both carbs so if the 30 turns out not to work you can always swap out to the 24. As long as the carb is jetted right so it gets enough fuel and you dont seize anything you've got nothing to loose but try the 30mm and see what happens. If it were me I would run the 24mm and get it dialed in for break in and then then try the 30mm. Give it a go and let us know how it works, E85 is kind of a new frontier and any info at all on what works is awesome and I'm sure the rest of us will benefit.

Greetings:

I wonder if the fuel gauge sender and the carb float might be made of the same material? Hmm...

As you know you should match the crank to the bore, so your crank seals will blow real fast  btw mustard & black paint is hot, front shocks are needed....
