Should i get a 2001 honda elite?

Post by hondaspree123 »

Hi im trying to decide wether or not to buy my first scooter. I like the honda elite and have found two for sale locally. Which one if any should i get and what should i pay for them.

Option 1 is a 2001 honda elite ( model not listed ) for 700. It has 1000 miles and is running.

Heres a link

think i would spend the extra 50.00 and get the one with less miles. but you can always try and talk the seller down. there are many mods to make them go fast. oh and the model would be the SA50, and has the AF16 engine.

what are the odds of finding 2 that are yellow? i find more red then any other color. i got lucky and found a purple one.

Thanks for the replies. Once I get it I'll want to make it go a lil faster of course lol. What are some easy reliable ways to increase the performance? I'm not talking a big bore but maybe rollers or gears? I don't know I'm new to this. Thanks for any advice!
