If there's a pipe out there that has the same noise level as stock, I'm all in - give me details.

I live in a neighborhood that doesn't like noise, even when it's actually "music" that they just can't quite appreciate...and I can't just say "screw you" unfortunately.

I installed the new battery, found out that the electric starter motor was dying of old age.

So I installed a new one. Starts up very fast now!

The OKO air box does not fit with the ct black intake :*:

The rear mounting point of the box does not line up, because of the ct black maini being about one inch shorter than the chrome.

I think new brake pads would also be a good idea :imo:

I also noticed that only the high beams work.......It is the sealed bulb, not the wiring. :(

More work to do.

Does honda still make headlight assemblies for it? I lucked out badly trying to replace the headlight in my 87 elite when honda told me 'No longer available'. The joys of scootin' :eyeroll:

If I remember correctly honda made the bulb a replaceable part in 2001 models (seperate from the housing)

What does honda charge for the sealed beam vs replaceable housing?

Bulb from a 2001 is around $21.

Need to do some more digging to find price on a full housing from earlier model.

Will the 2001 parts fit my 94 Elite?

Same question on the eBay items - will both or either of them fit my 94 Elite?

If all will fit, is there a "best" one to buy? My thought is the housing type so that I'd be able to simply change out a small bulb (which I'd think would be easy to source for some years to come).

Thanks in advance for the education!

Yes they will all fit.......I would go with the replaceable bulb type. :imo:
