Is it registered as a motorcycle? I just bought an aero 50 in Oregon and it is registered as a motorcycle? what a joke!!!

I really doubt the cops are up on the moped law that forbids going over 30mph, and odds are the first time you got caught would net you a warning if you just played dumb.
Although the fees are all the same, so if you had a mc endorsement I guess theres no real reason not too.
