My mistake. Never even seen an early Aero, but thought I'd read the engine code was 09 someplace.

Some PA50 mopeds used an AB09 and some of the non-USA scooters used the AF09. I don't think the AF09 was sold in anything state side though.

I just noticed the date in your post ... Sorry I thought it was more recent .
I traded out mine to Tazz and I know he has not done anything to it yet
So you might want to contact him . He really knows a lot about them
and shipped a bunch of them to America from Japan years ago .
And he's a good guy .
