Is it possible to put the top end of a spree engine (jug, head, piston, carb, exhaust etc) on an elite SE50 bottom end to get the variator & CVT? Is the crank different between NQ50's and SE50's? Can the simple belt-drive be replaced with a variator?

The spree and the elite e top ends are interchangeable.
The spree jug will not fit on top of any variated platform. The intake port openings are different.
