ok how can I clean out the muffler. the only way I know how to clean out a muffler is pour gas in it and light it off. Anyone have a better way. Thanks.

ok got new plug and put it in. You all are not going to beleive this but I get more power on a hill then I get on the flat. It will pull right up a hill but studders on the flats. any ideas???

Have not tried a new plug yet. No there is no new sounds while it is running or under throttle. I will try a new plug thanks.

I know it has been awhile since I have checked in but have a new problem with my scooter. I got it back form the shop and have cleaned the carb more thasn a few times. I was riding it one day when I left off the gas and put it back under throttle and no it seems like it does not have the tourqe it ...

Well all I gave up on it now it at the shop. So all should be good when it comes back. Thanks for all your help.

Ok everyone sounds like I got some work ahead of me. Guess it will have wait till the hand is healed because I had the wife help with the carb cleaning. Not sure she will want to get into all this. Will report back soon hopefully with some good news.

Ok cleaned the carb and now it will not stay running under throttle. I tried to clean the carb again and it does the same thing. As soon as you give it any type of throttle it dies. HELP.

was going about 25 when I hit the stones. Also checked the air cleaner tube and it is still connected. Anyone got any ideas PLEASE HELP

forgot to report the scooter made it out better than I did. only got a few scratches and the problems. But I ended up with a broke finger and in a cast for 4-6 weeks.

I layed it over on to the left side. You know I did not even think to look at the aircleaner pipe. I will look tonight and see if that is the problem. I will let you know.

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I layed my scooter over. Now since that has happened the scooter runs fine untill it gets warmed up. After that it dies. Ok all got the new bystarter and put it in. made sure it worked before I installed it. Also took the time to clean the carb one more time when I had the cover off to install the bystarter. Guess what. It still stalls out when you put it under throttle. So I pluged the hole and it runs fine again. I ...

Well I took carb apart again and cleaned it. It runs good but still cant put the bystarter in. It wont even start with it in. Will have a new bystarter soon. As soon as I have it I will put it on and see how it runs. Will keep you all informed. Also have another question is it a bad thing to run it ...
