i had the same thing happen to me it wold only run with my hand over the carb intake. got carb cleaned and that fixed it

no performence mods the person i got it from was a little old lay who didnt even know it didnt have an air cleaner. also is it suposed to have a vacum tube? it has a spot for something else. its on top of the carb tword the engine sticking straight up

i read the adjustment recemendations for my scooter and it said for 1 1/2 turns. ok i do that and it still doesnt have the same power. so i richen it up. then it has even less power. so i reset it and this time lean it out. then it has more power but still dosent run right.

got a 1986 Spree NQ50 and need to know what screw is whitch (3 total) on the carb. I Know the bottom is the carb drain screw the top has a spring on it and one is in the middle recessed in the carb.
