When I turn the motor over, and if I put a white rag over the plug hole the mixture on the rag is greenish color.
So, I'm curious if the mix is so high in oil that doesn't ignite well.

The battery works fine but this way I don't have to worry about draining/recharging the battery while I'm trying ...

When I put the carb on last time after cleaning I pulled a vac. by sucking on the vac line to the tank. Gas came out of the fuel line as I was hooking it up to the carb.
I'm assuming I'm still getting gas.
I have gas in the carb bowl as well.
Any other ideas?

a budy of mine got it free and it ran for a month or so. One day it wouldn't start (son trying to start with run switch turned off) never ran after that poiont. He put in a new plug and new coil.
Got tired of it and his wife bought him a new one for his b-day.
Now I've got it.
