ok cleaned carb again... seems to run better so far but it is raining like crazy so i can't take it out yet

sorry compression is 120 and plug is getting wet from fuel

ok I have a 86 spree, I have cleaned the carb 2 or 3 times now, replaced the carb, replaced the plug 2 times, replaced the plug wire, this things starts and runs great, idles great, free revs on the stand, but when i give it gas under load it bogs real bad.. I have no battery in it kickstart model ...
