Thanks for the info, i'll give it a shot, if i was to purchase the highspeed pulley and put that on, and leave the bore, wold it make any difference or would it be to much for such a small engine.

hi, sorry ill make a estimate now for you.

60 kmph is 37 mph

70 kmph is 43 mph

i am sorry to dissapoint you but you have read it incorrectly it says kmph not mkph and kmph means (kilometers per hour).

some way of reaching 70kmph?

hi, there i have a 1984 honda aero (lead) NH50 50cc, i can reach 60kmph comfortably but would like to know if there is some way of making this thing reach its estimated speedo speed of 70kmph.

if you take in page 3 picture 5 or 6 the carburettor air intake that is exposed on the picture i have added the air filter on my scooter, it looks pretty much like the same engine setup looking at the pics, but without the choke on the carb. i still think its good to put a good performance air ...

hi there, i can reach up to 60 kmph on my 50cc aero (lead). i first bought a performance air filter, you will definetly want to get rid of that airbox as it can improve airflow around the scooter, another thing is get a good quality performance spark plug EG,NGK or CHAMPION are probably the best ...

hi, not sure about the oil pump but the rpm should be.

At a stand still around 1800 to 2000 revs without throttle.

At high speed around 6000 to 7000 revs

This is for normal use of the scooter.

i seem to have this exact problem, i have a 1984 lead s (lead is the european version of the aero) as i go along the road reaching about 40 kmph at full throttle the carburettor seems to make a spluttering sound as if the carburettor is not setup correctly, i think its most likely just all down to ...

thanks for the reply, the spark plug is a dark brown collor and dry, the one thing is, the screw with the spring on, i put it in all the way n brought it out 2 times, gave a little throttle but it reved up n didnt stop reving, so out another one time, were up to three turns out now, still a high rev ...

Hello everyone, ive recently obtained a honda lead NH 50 early 1980s model and was wondering if anyone could tell me the exact carb settings as i am having trouble getting them right, any help would be apreciated. :(
