could you please give me a little assistance on how to do this?

"The needle controls mid-range, you have to lower it to lean out the mid-range"

already tried adjusting the carb. by the screws. it idles great, starts right up. is there any other adjustment on the needle/barrel in the carb?

2001 Honda Elite SR over fueling and loading up, it loads up (smokes) and bogs down at takeoff until you get to higher speeds then takes off and runs good. Cleaned the carb X4, exhaust is not plugged, Any idea's???? please help.

could it be a carb tuning issue? maybe i should start there. What it the best way to tune the carb in, is there a procedure or should the 2 screws to so many tunes out or what is my best bet as far as setting the carb?

Cleaned the carb many times, put a different clean card and the same issue. How do i check the variator or where is it? I have many parts bikes and may have one sitting around , if i know what it is or where its located i may have 1. Please help me out with this.

Have a 2001 Honda Elite SR that I am putting togather. It starts great but seems to bog down when you first take off, until you get to about 15 mph, a lack of power?? What does it look like and where is the starter relay? Is it down by the battery, 4 prong little box (ACA1218-1)????

I have a 1994 Honda Elite, I can not get the electric start to work. The battery is good, I hold in the brake and hit the starter button and nothing happens, ANY IDEA's ?????? Please help.

cleaned out the muffler and actually put a differnt good muffler on and made NO difference. No holes in the air box and there is a good air filter in it. Any other idea's???? Please help.

yes, As I said I think it is a lack of fuel (too lean). I was just pointing out that the petcock is working. Yes it does have a good air cleaner in it. Any idea's?

Just purchased this 85 Honda Spree. Charged the battery, cleaned the carb several times and checked it all over. It will now start and run but has no power and is hard to keep running. It will idle for a short time, maybe a couple minutes. I can keep it running with good power by spraying carb ...

i have a stock air cleaner that came with it. i cleaned it and put it back on. it is stored in a metal shed and it is pretty cold in there in the mornings. let me know if you have any other idea's.
