yeah my thoughts exactly, think it's worth taking the cylinder in to get machined or should I look around for a replacement?

Good question, I was getting low compression and the performance was super sluggish at low speeds, I honestly wasn't able to get it up to full speed at all. Eventually I couldn't get it to turn over. I figured the rings were worn out and needed replacing. I finally was able to work the cylinder and ...

What's up ya'll,
Currently working on replacing the piston with one I ordered from chopchop on ebay, however when I go to pull out the cylinder it gets stuck on what I assume are the rings. The cylinder is able to be lifted about 1/4" to 1/2" off the mating surface before it gets too tough to pull ...

Hey thanks for the help Meatball, I went ahead and did everything you recommended. I did not see anything wrong with the gears in the transmission case nor did I see much wrong with the bearing the final gear passes through. However, the transmission cover bearing will probably have to be replaced ...
