Well as some of you may know from my other thread i am building a chopper w/ a custom built frame and a 88 elite motor. i recently rewired it with just the wiring it needs to run. But here is my problem. The wiring isnt attached to the frame yet.

one problem there the wires have been cut right at the terminals. Im going to try soldering to them though. Is it pretty much jusr a 12 volt solenoid?

as i said earlier it is a mess. But i raised the needle one notch to try and ritchen it up....didnt change a thing. I am leaning more towards electrical because when you block the carb off with your hand nothing changes. Does anyone know the ngk plug number for this thing? It has a br7es in it now ...

these are pics from before i attempted to get it running. All the oil pump lines are now hooked up (allthough im premixing) Have you guys ever just blocked the oil pump off?

i stated that was one of my problems, I know it is lean but what are my options to fattening it up since i dont have the factory airbox. Mabe a click or two on the needle height?
